Terms of Service.

Last updated: May 17, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using our Amazon marketing and PPC services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Seller Accel ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not access our website or utilize any of our services.

2. Services Provided

Seller Accel provides full-service Amazon brand management, keyword SEO optimization, advertising PPC campaigns, listing design, and consultation services. The scope of each campaign is outlined in individual service agreements signed mutually by both parties prior to active onboarding.

3. The Growth Engine Guarantee

We operate with a performance-driven ethos: "From struggling to scaling — in 90 days, or you don't pay." This guarantee is subject to specific criteria, including:

  • Complete and timely approval of agency access to your Amazon Advertising Console and Seller Central accounts.
  • Active implementation of our strategic PPC bids, keyword targeting, and catalog updates without manual interference.
  • Adequate stock replenishment for high-velocity products to prevent out-of-stock keyword rank drops.

4. Client Responsibilities

To maximize campaign performance, clients must supply accurate brand creative assets, pricing rules, inventory schedules, and competitive market data. You maintain sole responsibility for compliance with all Amazon Terms of Service, product safety policies, and local regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All custom listing designs, A+ content layouts, copywriting, and ad design assets created by Seller Accel specifically for your brand become your exclusive intellectual property upon complete payment of all outstanding service invoices.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Seller Accel, its specialists, or affiliates be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost sales resulting from Amazon policy shifts, suspension of listings, or inventory supply chain failures.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the ongoing agency service agreement by giving written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination remain fully due and payable.
